When you use AceQuiz, we collect the following user data:

  • Email Address: Collected during sign-up and login to identify and authenticate users.
  • Chatbot Messages: Interactions with the AceQuiz chatbot are stored to enable conversational continuity and improve service quality.
  • Credit Usage: We track how many credits you use in order to enforce usage limits and reset daily allowances.

2. Where Your Data is Stored

All user data is securely stored using Supabase, a serverless backend platform. Supabase provides managed PostgreSQL databases and edge functions to handle user authentication, real-time interactions, and data storage.

3. How Your Data is Used

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with access to your account.
  • To track and manage your daily credit usage.
  • To support your conversations with the AceQuiz chatbot.
  • To improve the user experience and maintain the functionality of the extension.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used strictly within the AceQuiz ecosystem for operational purposes only. We may disclose your information only if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., subpoenas or court orders).

5. Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and securely stored using Supabase's managed infrastructure. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel only.

6. User Control and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or any stored data (email, messages, or credit history), you may do so in the dashboard at app.acequiz.io, and we will process your request within 7 business days.
